University of southern california - FOUNDING CHAPTER
The University of Southern California Chapter of Tau Theta Pi was built by women of character and strength. The Founding Class, composed of Tina Adams, Joan Bautista, Cecilia Cruz, Jennifer Del Vecchio, Margaret Lee, Debbie Manalastas, Shiredee Mecija, Hannah Nacu, and Athenel Ocampo, constructed the cornerstone for the growth of this organization. Established on November 24, 1998, Tau Theta Pi first came to life when these nine remarkable women came together with the ardent desire to perpetuate unity, humanity, and excellence. The vision, as outlined by our Nine Vital Virtues, embodies the very heart of the sisterhood.
